Welcome to PartyWithBecs Ltd! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. 

About Us

PartyWithBecs Ltd is a UK-based business offering a variety of event supplies and services, including but not limited to balloon kits, florals, decorations, props, and custom event setups and rentals.

 

2. 

Orders & Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days.
  • During the processing period, amendments can be made by emailing partywithbecs@gmail.com.
  • Once your order is processed, amendments can only be made by cancelling and reordering.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund items that become unavailable.

3. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship UK-wide.
  • Shipping methods and tracking availability may vary depending on the supplier or delivery service.
  • Some orders may be eligible for tracked or untracked delivery depending on the item and courier.
  • Delivery timelines may vary; we aim to deliver as efficiently as possible but cannot guarantee exact timeframes.

4. 

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • No restocking fee will be charged, unless the order total exceeds £100, in which case a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
  • Final sale items (e.g., opened balloons or hygiene-sensitive products) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed according to our Returns Policy.

5. 

Consultations & Event Services

  • Consultations are available via email or phone and require a £20 fee, which will be deducted from your final invoice.
  • After consultation, a formal plan and invoice will be prepared.
  • A 30% deposit and signature are required to confirm your booking.
  • A valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) must be provided at the time of deposit.
  • Once setup is complete, customers may be asked to sign off to confirm satisfaction.
  • Final balance is due upon collection or takedown of rented equipment.

6. 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made via email at the earliest convenience and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled event.
  • Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the 30% deposit becoming non-refundable.

7. 

Rentals & Equipment Use

  • Rentals typically last 24–48 hours, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Equipment will be inspected on delivery and collection to ensure condition is maintained.
  • Customers are liable for loss or significant damage; a fair and proportional fee will be applied.
  • Late returns may incur a £100 per day fee, based on the scale of setup, staffing, and impact on future rentals.

8. 

Customer Accounts & Payments

  • At this time, we only offer guest checkout.
  • In the future, customer accounts and loyalty discounts may be introduced.
  • We accept credit/debit card and PayPal payments.
  • By purchasing, you confirm you have permission from the cardholder to complete the transaction.

9. 

Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Discount codes are limited to one per customer.
  • They cannot be combined with other offers or sales.
  • Codes only apply to product purchases, not rentals or event services.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

10. 

Customer Reviews & Submissions

  • We welcome genuine reviews and event photos.
  • By submitting content, you grant PartyWithBecs Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in marketing.
  • We will ask permission before sharing any customer photos.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

11. 

Limitation of Liability

PartyWithBecs Ltd is not liable for:

  • Delays or damages from third-party couriers or suppliers
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Customer misuse or incorrect product setup
  • External circumstances outside our control
  • Issues due to lack of photographic evidence for damaged items within our policy timeframe

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. This does not affect your rights in the event of death, personal injury, fraud, or negligence.

Marketing & Privacy

 

  • We do not currently offer email or SMS marketing.
  • To stay updated on offers or launches, follow our official social media pages.
  • We are committed to protecting your data and fully comply with UK GDPR standards.
  • Any personal data is used solely for legitimate business needs (e.g. fulfilling orders or consultations).

  • We encourage customers to review these terms regularly.
