PartyWithBecs Ltd – Return & Refund Policy

 

 

At PartyWithBecs Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process outlined below.

 

Returns Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following final sale items are non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened (e.g. balloon packs)

 

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • No restocking fees will be charged for most orders.
  • However, for returns on orders with a total value exceeding £100, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and processing costs.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at partywithbecs@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

  • Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
