  • We plan to expand our shipping areas in the future.

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 7 working days.
  • During processing, you may amend your order by contacting us at partywithbecs@gmail.com.
  • Once processed, amendments require order cancellation and reordering.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipping methods depend on the product and supplier.
  • Some products are shipped directly by our suppliers and may have tracking available, which will be sent to your email.
  • Products we ship ourselves may be sent via tracked or standard untracked delivery based on your selection or the product.

Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product and courier.
  • While we aim to deliver within 3 to 7 working days after processing, some products (especially those sourced via third-party suppliers) may take up to 14 days or longer.
  • We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method and destination.
  • Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (see our Returns Policy).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • For lost packages, we will investigate with the courier and do our best to assist, but responsibility may vary based on courier policies.
